The company

The wallet for student life.

Happenings puts student life in one wallet. Tickets, member cards, the student card and deals live on your phone, right next to what's happening around you and the friends you go with. The clubs, Friday bars and venues behind it all run their side from Happenings Connect.

Short boilerplate

Happenings is a Danish social app and the wallet for student life. Students keep their student card, member cards, tickets, coupons, stamp cards and invitations in one wallet, see what's happening around them, and chat with friends. Associations, Friday bars and venues use Happenings Connect to run events and ticketing, the door, the bar, memberships and payouts.

Standard boilerplate

Happenings is the wallet for student life. The app holds what a student carries through a semester, from the verified student card and member cards to tickets, titles, stamp cards, coupons and invitations. Around the wallet sit the pages people follow, Explore for what's happening nearby, a calendar, student deals with Student Plus, and chat with friends. For organisers, Happenings Connect runs events and ticketing, door check-in, bar sales, memberships, coupons and recurring drops, sponsors, analytics and payouts. Happenings is built and operated by Happenings Group A/S, a Danish software company founded in Aarhus in 2019.

Logo guidance

One mark. Three clear roles.

Horizontal lockup

The primary introduction. Use it when Happenings needs to be named and recognised in one glance.

One-colour mark

The quiet system mark for interfaces, compact spaces, and established contexts.

Rainbow signature

The expressive brand moment for app icons and selected hero applications. Keep it contained inside the mark.

Do

Use supplied artwork, retain proportions, protect clear space, and choose the version with strong contrast.

Do not

Do not redraw, stretch, crop, outline, rotate, add effects, recolour, or turn the rainbow into a decorative UI gradient.

Press contact
