happening, join or buy, keep tickets and member credentials close, and stay
connected. Organizers use the same platform to run pages, events, ticketing,
check-in, and communication.

Happenings is the operating layer for real-world participation. The platform
connects the whole journey—from discovering an event or community to
registering, buying a ticket, checking in, proving membership, and staying
connected afterward. For organizers, Happenings brings pages, events,
ticketing, memberships, festival maps, check-in, posts, chat, and useful
insight into one system. Happenings is built and operated by Happenings Group
A/S, a Danish software company established in Aarhus in 2019.
